Living with bipolar disorder can involve periods of depression, mania, or hypomania that impact mood, energy, relationships, and daily life. Therapy is not a replacement for psychiatric care, but it can be an important part of a comprehensive treatment plan. We work collaboratively with clients and, when appropriate, their treatment team to develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, recognize early warning signs of mood changes, strengthen daily functioning, and support long-term stability while fostering resilience, empowerment, and hope.
