About Meg

Meg Loceff, MS, LPC, NCC - Owner

Meg Loceff, MS, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Duquesne University. She is EMDR-trained and is passionate about providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care grounded in servant leadership.

Meg has experience working across the continuum of mental health care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, school-based, residential treatment, and private practice settings. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and incorporates American Sign Language (ASL) into her practice to better serve Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.

In addition to her clinical work, Meg is actively involved in counselor education, supervision, advocacy, and professional leadership. She serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association’s Government Relations Committee and Ethics Committee. She was also selected for PCA’s inaugural Emerging Leaders cohort. Meg frequently presents at professional conferences, with scholarship focused on counselor advocacy, leadership, and professional identity.

Meg believes healing begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. She takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach while integrating psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and other evidence-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, Meg is committed to helping them develop insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
